Hannes Eckstein is Member of the Executive Board and Co-Founder of AURELIUS Real Estate Advisory.

Together with Jan Rehbock, he is responsible for the investments of AURELIUS in the real estate segment. He and his team also advise AURELIUS and the individual portfolio companies on real estate-related topics such as sale and lease back transactions, leases, relocations and corporate real estate management (CREM).

He studied business administration in Stuttgart and London. Prior to joining AURELIUS, Hannes spent 15 years at PATRIZIA SE, including many years as Head of Acquisitions, helping to shape PATRIZIA’s transformation from a national housing company to an international multi-asset manager.
